During my career, I have served as a innovative leader in both start-up and large scale health and healthcare organizations. I have found each of these environments rewarding and also challenging. There is one consistent element in my opinion above all else that leads to success no matter what environment you work in - the team.
Solving for some of the more complex health and healthcare challenges takes patience, passionate individuals, and most importantly a creative and persistent group of people. I am truly grateful to have served on some of the best teams in the business.
As a team member and a leader, I have played many roles during my career. My experience spans from executive leadership to creative direction, consumer-centered design, business development, sales, account management, product leadership, innovation, and research.

Invited as industry expert to join Google’s Health & Well-being Think Tank, Vitality Lab.
Voted Innovator of the Year by executive team at Cambia Health Solutions (5,000 employees)
Played a lead role in Cambia Health being awarded Oregon’s Healthiest Employer, and climbing to Top 25 Healthiest Employer in the US.
Designed and delivered the Basefit solution officially sanctioned by the Department of Defense (DoD) as part of the Healthy Base Initiative.
Closed strategic business partnerships with Nike, 24-Hour Fitness, and TRX as part of the Basefit business.
Awarded USPTO patent #20160074707 for Systems and Methods for Achieving and Maintaining Behavioral Fitness.
Led the Human Performance & Well-being division at Cambia Health Solutions responsible for over $5M in annual revenue.
Negotiated strategic product and channel partnership with Teladoc Health / Livongo for the Journi business.
Secured first DoD contract for Cambia Health Solutions.
